If some of the fulfilment of some of the symbolism of the Feast of Trumpets and Feast of Tabernacles is still to be fulfilled in future, the fulfilment won't involve more symbolism - it will be the real thing!
Wherever the Prophets prophesied about the Feasts literally happening, those prophecies must have found their literal fulfilment during Old Covenant times.
The substance of the shadow, the object of the model, the reality of the symbolism may be ongoing. But the literal observance of the Old Covenant Feasts themselves is now fulfilled prophecy.
God doesn't want anyone to return to a shadow, a model, a symbol after the real thing is upon us.
